    | 1. 1) Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch round pan with a middle hole and sprinkle with 1/2 tbs sesame seeds. | 2. 2) With electrical mixture beat the Eggs with the Sugar on high speed for 15 to 20 minutes till it become foamy (extra faomy), then add the Cardamon and Saffron. | 3. 3) With wooden spoon, add the Flour and mix in vertical motion (in & out). Pour into prepared pan & sprinkle with remaining Sesame seeds. | 4. 4) Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
