    | 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a wide shallow dish. | 2. Add steaks and rub all over with the marinade. | 3. Cover and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. | 4. Remove steaks from marinade and scrape off most of garlic. | 5. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. | 6. Add 1 steak and cook until well browned, about 3-4 minutes. | 7. Flip steak and cook about 2-3 more minutes for medium rare. | 8. Transfer steak to cutting board and tent with foil. | 9. Repeat with other steak. | 10. Thinly slice both steaks across grain. | 11.
