    | 1. Boil the milk in a pot. | 2. While it is boiling, sprinkle the semolina on the milk and stir well. | 3. Allow the milk to come to a second boil. | 4. Remove from flame and allow to cool. | 5. Add the beaten egg yolks and sugar. | 6. Mix well. | 7. Cook on low flame and stir until the mixture thickens. | 8. Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tbsps. | 9. of lukewarm water. | 10. Cool. | 11. Add this dissolved gelatin to the milk. | 12. Add the boiled pineapple pcs. | 13. ,nuts and a few drops of essence to the cooled mixture. | 14. Pour into a dish. | 15. Refrigerate until set. | 16. Garnish with cherries and cut into slices. | 17.
