    | 1. Heat ghee in a heavy saucepan. | 2. Toss in the cashewnuts and stir-fry on low flame. | 3. In another pan, mix together the milk powder with a cup of water to form a smooth paste. | 4. Add the grated apple, carrot and the mashed banana. | 5. Let them cook on low flame in milk. | 6. Then, stir in the sugar. | 7. You will notice that the consistency initially is watery. | 8. However, slowly once it starts cooking, the consistency will get dry. | 9. Stir in the ghee and you'll see the mixture turn a fairly dry golden-brown mass. | 10. Mix in the fried cashews and the cardamom powder. | 11. Garnish with slices of fresh kiwi fruit, sliced banana and sliced apples. | 12. Serve hot. | 13.
