    | 1. Brown off Chicken in wok - Leave aside. | 2. Cook onions for 3-4 mins, stirring all the time after 3/4 mins add the garlic. | 3. Add the turmeric, cummin , ground corriander, grama masala and chili powder. | 4. Stir All together. | 5. Add cup of water and chicken stock and re-add the browned chicken. | 6. Leave to simmer. | 7. Boil the sweet potatoes, don't let them get too soft. | 8. When ready take out the potatoes and chop into cubes. | 9. Add these to the Chicken Mix in wok. | 10. Leave to simmer. | 11.
