    | 1. Heat oil. | 2. Add mustard seeds till they begin to crackle. | 3. Add the curry leaves, onions and ginger garlic paste. | 4. Saute them until the onions are transparent. | 5. Do not burn them. | 6. Add the chilly, coriander and garam masala powders. | 7. Stir and then add the tomatoes. | 8. Now add half a cup of water and stir. | 9. Let it cook for around 5 minutes. | 10. If the gravy drys up add a little extra water. | 11. Now add the crabs, some salt and stir. | 12. Add some water and cook in a low flame. | 13. Cook for around 5 minutes with the lid on. | 14.
