    | 1. Peel and mash bananas well. Set aside. | 2. Sift all the dry ingredients together at least 2 times. | 3. Add oil, vanilla, sugar to the mashed bananas and mix well. | 4. Add the banana mixture to the flour mix. | 5. Slowly add milk to make a batter of thick consistency. | 6. Add nuts at this point. Mix together gently. | 7. Pour banana bread batter in a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 150 deg.C for 35-40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean from the center. | 8.
