    | 1. Process watermelon and sugar in a blender or food processor until smooth. | 2. Mix gelatin and the cranberry juice in a small saucepan. | 3. Allow to stand for five minutes. | 4. Stir continuosly on low heat until the gelatin is dissolved. | 5. Add to the melon mixture. | 6. Pour into an 8X8X2 inch baking pan. | 7. Cover and freeze until firm (about 2 hours). | 8. Remove from freezer. | 9. Break up the mixture and put in a chilled mixer bowl. | 10. Beat using an electric beater on medium-high speed or until the mixture is fluffy. Return to pan. | 11.
