    | 1. Hang yogurt in a muslin cloth until all the liquid from the yogurt has drained off. (Approximately 2 hours.). | 2. Dissolve Lychee essence in whipping cream and set aside. | 3. Using fresh lychee or tin, cut into small pieces and add into whipping cream, stir well to cover all lychee pieces. | 4. In a big bowl add the hung yogurt, sugar and whipping cream-lychee mixture. | 5. Mix well and transfer to a glass bowl and refrigerate till cold. | 6.
