    | 1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and return to pan. Heat on low to dry out and then mash well. | 2. Flake salmon. | 3. Mix in potatoes, onion, curry paste and coriander. | 4. Season to taste. | 5. Shape into 8 cakes. | 6. Dip each cake into flour, then egg then breadcrumbs. Chill. | 7. Heat oil in large fry pan and cook cakes on each side until golden brown. | 8.
