    | 1. Peel the potatoes and cut up into chunks and put into a boiling pan of water. | 2. Wash the peel & season with salt & black pepper leave to marinate. | 3. When potatoes are boiled, mash them up thoroughly. Add the milk, and the tikka spice & salt. Mix it up, and you should be able to smell the spices. | 4. Make the mash up into golf ball sized balls, then cover them in plain flour. Once done, put them into the fryer. | 5. Take them out the fryer, and add the peel. Put the croquettes in a pan with the peel and leave them in there for about ten minutes at 100 degrees, fan. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
