    | 1. Prepare grill. | 2. Combine first 8 ingredients. Divide into 6 equal parts, shaping each into a 1/2 inch-thick patty. | 3. Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes each side (160 degrees internal temp), remove patties from grill, let stand 5 minutes. | 4. Toast buns; serve 1 bun with each patty, top each patty with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 T radishes or cucumber slices. (I also enjoy tomatoes with them). | 5. Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale is recommended. | 6.
