When ready to serve, pour into 4 small, wide dipping bowls. | 9. Gently toss the noodles and vegetables to combine. | 10. Arrange in individual serving bowls. | 11. Serve with the dipping sauce. | 12. Arrange a little of the garnish on the side of each plate. | 13.
