    | 1. Slice the pork into 2-cm strips then marinate it with the grated ginger, sake, soy sauce and sesame oil for 30 minutes. | 2. Drain the shiitake then remove the stem. Slice the head thinly. Chop the onion and the scallions. Slice the carrot into thin strips. | 3. Mix the pork and vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl then cover/wrap it with a microwave-safe kitchen wrap. Put in the microwave then cook for 5 minutes using 600W. | 4. Take out from the microwave then add the cornstarch water then mix. | 5. Put back the cover/wrap then microwave for 1 minute.
