    | 1. Start a pot of water boiling. | 2. Cut up your veggies and put them all in a bowl together. | 3. In a large frying pan or Wok, heat up the Sesame Seed oil. Once hot, add the garlic - stirring rapidly to brown without burning. | 4. Once the garlic is browned, turn down heat to med-high add the hot peppers, bell peppers, beef, and green onion. | 5. Stir that around until the beef is cooked thoroughly. This SHOULD be right about the time the water is boiling -- | 6. Boil the Udon according to the packaging -- should be about 4 minutes. | 7. While the Udon cooks, add the Fish Sauce and Soy Sauce to your vegetables. | 8. Add a little Salt/Pepper if you want -- i did -- | 9. once the Udon is slightly cooked (you want it to be a bit chewy because it will continue to cook in the Wok), strain it and throw it in with your vegetables. | 10. Stir-fry over medium heat for another 5 minutes to let the Udon absorb the flavor and cook a bit more. | 11. Eat it. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
