    | 1. Peel& dice pumkin and potaoes roughly. | 2. In a large stock pot bring water to the boil, then add pumpkin, potatoes, onion, celery, bell pepper, bayleaves and thyme. | 3. Simmer until all the vegetables are cooked and soft. | 4. Add the curry powder and chicken stock powder and boil a further 10 minutes. | 5. Remove bay leaves and puree the soup, until there are no lumps. | 6. Replace bay leaves, season to taste and simmer another 15 minutes. | 7. Remove bay leaves before serving. | 8.
