    | 1. Grease 8 friand moulds[or ramekins]. | 2. Place the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. | 3. Stir occasionally until melted. | 4. Set aside to cool slightly. | 5. Beat the eggs, egg yolks and sugar together until pale. | 6. Pour the egg mixture over the chocolate mixture and whisk to combine. | 7. Sift in the flour and whisk until smooth. | 8. Spoon into the moulds then refrigerate until completely chilled. | 9. Preheat oven to 200 deg Celcius. | 10. Bake fondant for 11 minutes. | 11. Remove from the oven and invert onto serving plates. | 12.
