    | 1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets. | 2. Combine onion and garlic in a large saucepan with 1 tablespoon water, stir constantly over heat until onion is soft. | 3. Add stock, potato, celery, broccoli and cauliflower. | 4. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until potato is tender. | 5. Add marjoram place in a food processor and blend until smooth. | 6.
