    | 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. | 2. Mix the oats, flour, coconut & sugar in a large mixing bowl. | 3. In a saucepan over low heat met the butter, honey & water. When butter mixture is melted take of the heat. | 4. Quickly mix in the bicarb to butter mixture. Be careful the mixture will froth up and expand. | 5. Working quickly add the butter mix to the dry ingredients and mix well. | 6. Place rounded spoons of the mix on baking trays allowing space for the cookies to expand. | 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
