    | 1. Soften butter/margarine. | 2. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. | 3. Combine cake mix, coconut and butter/margarine until solid mass. | 4. Place on slice tray and flatten (about 12 mm or 1/2 inch thick). Place in oven and cook for 15 - 20 minutes. | 5. Whisk sour cream and egg until combined. | 6. When base is cooked, allow to stand for 5 minutes then layer on pie apple. | 7. Pour sour cream/egg mix onto pie apple layer and smooth to edges. | 8. Sprinkle with Nutmeg to taste. | 9.
