Mum's French Onion Lamb Chops

    | 1. Mix water and french onion soup mix together, set aside. | 2. Trim lamb chops of all visible fat. | 3. Place 3 chops in a casserole dish and top with half the French Onion mix, add the rest of the chops and top with the remaining French Onion Mix. | 4. Cover with lid (or foil) and bake in 180c oven for about 1 hour. | 5. I usually check them after 30 minutes and add more water if it looks a little dry. | 6.
