    | 1. Preheat oven to 160°C. | 2. Place all glaze ingredients in a bowl; mix well. | 3. Line a roasting pan with foil leaving a generous overhang. | 4. Place the lamb shanks in pan & brush generously with glaze reserving any remaining glaze. | 5. Fold over and seal foil so that shanks are completely enclosed. | 6. Cook in oven for 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 hours. | 7. Uncover shanks and baste with remaining glaze. | 8.
