    Utensils Used
    | 1. Scrape 1 to 2 Tbsp of the fat which has formed a layer on top of the drippings. | 2. Melt the fat in a medium sized frying pan. (Don't use a non-stick pan for this recipe, as you may damage the coating.). | 3. Saute the onions and garlic in the fat until soft. | 4. Add the beans and about 1/3 cup of the congealed broth. The broth will be the bottom layer, under the fat. | 5. Mash the beans with a potato masher. Get the mix as creamy as you want it. Add more congealed broth if you want your beans soupier. | 6. Then add the cheese and mix till it is melted. | 7. Keep the beans firm if you are making burritos. Make them soupy if you are using them as a dip. Medium soupyness makes a great side dish. | 8. Enjoy! These are some killer beans. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
