    | 1. Cut the meat cubes in half. | 2. Saute in Organic coconut oil not much. | 3. cut up about 4 long green onions very small. | 4. Add to meat when 1/2 way cooked. | 5. Drain. | 6. Add the 2 cans of Diced tomatoes. | 7. START with about 1 tablespoon of chili powder added in. | 8. Add approximately 4 shakes of Peppercorns. | 9. add about 1/4 tsp Garlic powder. | 10. let cook abut 10 minutes. | 11. LOW. | 12. Add in the Chocolate. | 13. let that melt in. | 14. Add in about 5 or 6 shakes of the Worcestershire sauce. | 15. Cook about another 10 minutes. | 16. NOW important taste it. | 17. Does it have enough Chili powder because it is so important that you really taste that. | 18. Now it should be a bit tangy but so rich from the chocolate square which adds a DEPTH to the sauce. | 19. Now add just a touch of organic honey or you can use organic Cane sugar or even Organic Stevia. | 20. You need a nice balance between the HOT spicy tangy and the touch of sweetness. | 21. Simmer at the lowest simmer your stove will go for about an hour. | 22. Now add the beans. (Drain them first). | 23. Cook another half hour. | 24. SB fabulous. | 25. Taste all the time during the last half hour to make sure you have the right balance. | 26. I always seen to add more chili powder and more Worcestershire. | 27. But always slowly and only a little bit at a time until just right. | 28. NOW plate that sucker. | 29. Put some organic sour cream and chives and grated Mexican or cheddar on top if you like. | 30. Serve with a nice RICH Grain bread I like to cut up a very rustic bread spread it with olive oil and parmesan and stick it in the broiler a few minutes. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
