    | 1. Cook bacon until crispy. Chop bacon and set aside. Seed and dice tomato, onion and jalapeno pepper. Dice Cilantro.Mix with bacon. In bowl mash 2 avocados. Cube remaining 2 avocados and fold into mash. Squeeze in juice of half the lime. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add Cayenne and Chipotle to taste along with salt and pepper.
