    | 1. Brown the ground beef, and drain. | 2. Add rotel (undrained) & taco seasoning to the drained ground beef, stir until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. | 3. Add Refried Black Beans, and stir well. | 4. Turn off the heat, and spoon the mixture onto tortillas. | 5. Sprinkle Cheese Blend onto the mixture and roll up Enchilada and place in 9x13 Baking Dish. | 6.
