    | 1. In a large stock pot, bring chicken broth to a slow boil. | 2. Add onion, chicken, chilies, jalapenos, garlic, cilantro and cumin. | 3. Cover and let simmer, maintaining boil for at least 1 hour or more.  The longer the better the flavors mix. | 4. 20 minutes before serving, uncover, add hominy and stir in gravy mix to thicken. | 5. After removing from heat, add sour cream stirring until well blended. | 6. Garnish each bowl with fresh tomato and serve.  Yummy! | 7.
