    | 1. In large non-stick skillet, brown southwest hash browns on medium high heat for 9 minutes stirring occasionally. | 2. While the potatoes are cooking add the Soy Chorizo to a medium size non-stick skillet. Cook on medium high for 7 minutes stirring often. | 3. Add green chilies to the Soy Chorizo and cook for an additional 7 minutes stirring often. | 4. Add the Soy Chorizo mixture to the skillet of potatoes mixing well. | 5. Heat flour tortillas in a small non-stick skillet 30 seconds on each side. | 6. Put 1/2 cup of potato and soy mixture in each tortilla. | 7.
