    | 1. Mix the ground meat and taco seasoning with your hands. | 2. Make 4 patties. | 3. Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray before igniting. | 4. Heat to medium, then put burgers on. | 5. Cook about 5 minutes per side, or until done. | 6. Place on chile and 1 slice of cheese on each burger, and cover until cheese is melted. | 7. Serve on buns with sour cream, salsa, lettuce and tomato, or preferred garnishes. | 8. You can make these on the stove as well, just cook them like you would a regular hamburger. | 9.
