    | 1. Saute garlic, onion and red bell pepper until slightly browned, about 5 minutes. | 2. Add cumin, pepper and salt. Add beans. Simmer on low for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. | 3. Mash beans with fork till desired consistency. | 4. Take pan off heat and add goat cheese. Stir to combine. | 5. Pour bean mixture into a bowl. | 6. Using same pan, heat tortilla, one at time, on both sides to lightly brown. | 7. Divide mixture between tortillas. Put mixture on one half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas over.
