    | 1. Spray glass baking dish (I use rectangular) with cooking spray for easier cleaning. | 2. Place both packages of cream cheese in bottom of baking dish. Microwave x 1 minute to soften then spread to coat entire bottom of dish. | 3. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder. | 4. Top with both cans of chili. | 5. Sprinkle drained olives & spread evenly over chili. | 6. Next sprinkle onion layer over olives. | 7. Top with cheddar. | 8. Cover with foil. | 9. Bake 350 degrees x 20-25 minutes.
