    | 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. | 2. Mix beans, cheese, and taco seasoning thoroughly. | 3. Microwave the tortillas for a short period to soften. | 4. Place a large spoonful of mixture in center of tortilla. | 5. Fold top down and bottom up, then fold sides over, into the shape of a chimichanga. | 6. Place toothpicks into chimichangas to keep tortillas closed. | 7. Spray both sides of chimichangas with Pam cooking spray (generic cooking spray works, but does not produce as crisp a result). | 8. Place chimichangas on a nonstick cookie sheet or a sheet lined with foil. | 9. Place chimichangas in the oven for 8 minutes. | 10. Remove toothpicks and turn chimichangas to other side; bake for another 5 minutes. | 11. Adjust cooking time as needed to obtain a crispy outside. | 12.
