    | 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Have ready an 8- x 11-inch baking dish. | 2. Spread 1 can of chili with beans on the bottom of the baking dish. | 3. If you have some onions on hand, you may wish to chop one and put a little onion and cheese inside each rolled tortilla with the frank. | 7. Or you may want to use a little of the chili with the onions inside each tortilla roll. | 8.
