    | 1. use a sharp knife to cut length wise around the avocado so that there are two halves. chop the knife into the pit to pull it out, scoop greens out with a spoon. mash up avocados in a medium bowl. add lime juice and a few sprinkles of sea salt to break down the avocados. dice bell peppers and add to mixture. dice tomato and onion and add to mixture. smash garlic( a garlic press works best) and finely chop cilantro and add to mixture. grind pepper into guacamole. finely chop the serrano pepper and add. | 2. taste your guacamole and add more ingredients to taste ( I usually have to add more salt/garlic at the end). when you are satisfied with the taste drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the top and mix. Enjoy with tortilla chips or on top of your favorite foods! | 3. I sometimes serve the guacamole in the avocado shell half. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
