    | 1. Heat vegetable oil in cast iron skillet until at temperature for frying tortillas. Fry corn tortillas, during process try to make them into a "bowl shape" by pressing tongs in middle of tortilla while frying. | 2. Heat skillet and brown ground beef until cooked and crumbled. | 3. Put enchilada sauce in pot and heat on stove. | 4. Grate cabbage and add Miracle Whip, mustard, and sugar to make cole slaw in a bowl. Mix until combined. | 5. Grate cheese and chop green onions for garnish. | 6. To eat, take tortilla and scoop in some ground beef, top with cole slaw mix, cheese, and a scoop of enchilada sauce.
