    | 1. Brown the ground beef and drain very well. Return to pan. | 2. Add the taco seasoning and follow the directions on the package. | 3. When done, drain it again. | 4. Line a 9x13 pan with the tator rounds. I only put one layer, but you can put in more. Follow the instructions on the package and bake. | 5. When tators are 1/2 done, remove from the oven and spread the taco meat on top. | 6. Sprinkle the taco cheese on top of the meat. | 7. Return pan to oven and finish cooking the tators. | 8. When done serve on plates and add to taste the salsa, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and quacamole. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
