    | 1. Fry bacon leaving it still limp. | 2. Place 12 half slices of bacon, spaced eveningly, on jelly roll sheet or cookie sheet with sides. | 3. Place uncooked shrimp on top of each bacon slice. | 4. Add ring of onion. | 5. Top each with slice of pepper jack cheese (and or cheddar; it's your personal preference). | 6. Sprinkle with garlic salt or powder. | 7. Wrap bacon around shrimp, cheese and onion and secure by using a toothpick. | 8. Sprinkle a couple drops of hot sauce. | 9.
