    | 1. In medium mixing bowl, combine stuffing ingredients. | 2. Set aside. | 3. In small bowl, combine marinade ingredients. | 4. Set aside. | 5. Carefully slice pork loin horizontally almost all the way through. | 6. Unfold. | 7. Fill with stuffing. | 8. Close and tie securely with string. | 9. Place pork loin in plastic container. | 10. Pour marinade over top. | 11. Refrigerate overnight. | 12. Drain pork, reserving marinade. | 13. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 20 minutes with remaining marinade. | 14. Remove from oven. | 15. Let cool 10 minutes. | 16. Slice. | 17.
