    | 1. Peel the banana, and slice it lengthwise in half, and then crosswise so you have 4 pieces of banana. Alternatively you can break the banana in two and smoosh it with a spatula while you are cooking it. | 2. Spread the peanut butter on one half of one side of the tortilla. | 3. Place the banana slices onto the peanut butter. | 4. Fold the tortilla over so you have a "half sandwich" kind of tortilla. Heat on a non-stick surface until warm. Flip and heat the other side.
