    | 1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef and taco seasoning. | 2. Form mixture into a loaf shape and place in a loaf pan for baking. | 3. Cook for 30-45 minutes at 375 degrees (F). | 4. Remove loaf from pan. | 5. Drain any drippings or grease from the bottom of the pan. | 6. In the bottom of the pan spread refried beans. | 7. Put meatloaf back on top of beans. | 8. Pour salsa on top of meatloaf. | 9. Sprinkle top with Cheese. | 10. Return to oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. | 11. Slice to serve. | 12.
