    | 1. Preheat oven to 350. | 2. Brown turkey and onion, drain, return to pan and mix in enchilada sauce,seasoning, water and green chilis. | 3. Heat until hot. | 4. In ungreased 11x7 inch baking dish spread 1 cup of meat mixture. | 5. Cut tortillas in half. Place 6 tortilla halves on top; spread with 1/2 cup of the sour cream. | 6. Top with 1/2 cup of the cheese, 1 cup of the meat mixture, and 6 tortilla halves. | 7. Top with remaining sour cream, remaining meat mixture and remaining cheese. | 8. Bake 30 minutes. cut into 6 equal size servings and enjoy. | 9. Other: if you like it milder use green onions instead of chilis.
