    | 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. | 2. Place taquitos in a 9x13 pan in a single layer. You won't use the entire box of taquitos. I usually get about 18 in the pan. | 3. Pour enchilada sauce over taquitos. | 4. Bake for 20 minutes. | 5. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over the top of the taquitos and sauce. | 6. Place back in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. | 7. Serve with the toppings of your choice. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
