    | 1. Place beaters and mixing bowl in freezer. (This is for the heavy cream.). | 2. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or microwave. (Two minutes at 50% power usually works.) Cool. | 3. In separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and milk. | 4. Whisk in melted chocolate. | 5. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. | 6. Take bowl and beaters from freezer. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. | 7. Fold in chocolate mixture. | 8. Transfer 3 cups mixture to freezer-proof bowl. Cover. | 9. Pour remaining mixture into crust. | 10. Freeze bowl and pie 2 hours. | 11. Top pie with mixture in bowl. | 12. Freeze overnight. | 13. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, if desired. | 14.
