    | 1. Heat oven to 425°F Grease 10" ovenproof skillet or 2 quart baking dish. Brown sausage in medium skillet; set aside. Sautee bell pepper and onion in sausage grease until crisp-tender. Add browned sausage to pepper and onion. | 2. In large bowl, combine eggs, corn meal mix, corn, milk and oil. Pour half of corn meal mixture into greased baking dish.; sprinkle with sausage mixture and cheese. Pour remaining corn bread batter over top. | 3.
