    | 1. Pour the olive oil into a heavy based pan and spread around with kitchen paper. Heat the pan. | 2. When hot, add a flour tortilla and cook both sides (about 2 minutes each side) over a medium heat. | 3. Remove the cooked flour tortilla and keep aside. | 4. Push the salsa through a sieve to drain off as much liquid as possible. | 5. Place the remaining flour tortilla in the pan and spread over the drained salsa. | 6. Sprinkle over the grated cheese and then placed the previously cooked tortilla on the top. | 7. Cook the quesadilla until the cheese melts (about 3 or 4 minutes). | 8.
