    | 1. Spray pan with cooking spray. The leaner the meat the more oil is needed to prevent burning. Fattier meats might not even need oil. | 2. Put beef and onion in pan and season with salt and pepper. Brown beef with onion on medium-high heat. | 3. Reduce to medium heat. Add salsa and stir in completely. | 4. Add taco seasoning packet and stir in completely. If more flavor is desired season additionally with cayenne pepper, chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. | 5. After everything is mixed in, turn heat to simmer taco mixture for 15 to 20 minutes. | 6.
