    | 1. In a large frying pan place chicken and add stock until chicken is completely covered. | 2. Add juice from can of diced tomatoes. | 3. Stir in pkg of Taco seasoning and simmer covered for 15 minutes. | 4. Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes, return stock to boil while chicken breasts are resting. | 5. Shred chicken and add back to stock. | 6. Add diced tomatoes with chilies and 1/2 cup of salsa. | 7. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes. | 8.
