    | 1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. | 2. Spread refried beans out on the bottom of a 8 x 8" baking dish. | 3. Mix the sour cream with the package of taco seasoning. | 4. Spread the seasoned sour cream over top of the beans. | 5. Spread the cheese over the sour cream. | 6. Heat in the oven until the cheese melts. | 7. Just before serving spread the vegetables over top of the melted cheese. | 8. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips, my favorite with this dish is the hint of lime chips. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
