    | 1. Heat butter in a large skillet or Dutch oven. | 2. Brown turkey on all sides, about 20 minutes. Remove. | 3. Place a rack in Dutch oven. | 4. Place turkey on rack. | 5. Add broth, celery, onion, garlic salt, red peppers, vinegar and allspice. | 6. Cover and simmer for 2-2 1/2 hours, or until turkey is tender. | 7. Add olives and green pepper and simmer for 10 minutes more. | 8. Remove turkey and place on serving platter. | 9. Combine cornstarch and water and mix well. | 10.
