Then spread or sprinkle the other filling on top. | 3. Roll it up. | 4. Make as many as you want. | 5. Eat or serve as is or cut on the horizontal into pinwheels (not recommended for the salami unless you've got a tortilla on the outside). | 6. Optional: garnish with toothpicks securing a cranberry for each American, a dried apricot for each Englishman, and an olive for each Italian. | 7.
